Accessive works with students from low-income backgrounds to empower them to graduate high school, attend and graduate college, and achieve their goals. Selected scholars are awarded with high-touch, rigorous support from mentors around the country.

Students will work one-on-one with their assigned mentor to develop a strong relationship, encourage college interest, and navigate the college application process. In supplement of our core program, we partner with other educational, commercial, and governmental institutions to provide students in need with quality academic and pre-professional support.

The Accessive Scholars program is limited to a select number of students each year. Applications are accepted year-round and reviewed on a rolling basis. Applicants must meet all criteria listed below to be considered for selection.

  • Students must be incoming 9th grade students or currently enrolled in 9th-11th grade.

  • Demonstrated excellence and dedication in academics, leadership, and/or extracurriculars.

  • Must demonstrate financial need.

  • Must be enrolled in a high school and be on track to receive a standard high school diploma.

Selection Process:

  • Eligible students must submit the completed application online. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Only fully completed applications with all required documents will be considered.

  • Qualifying applicants will be reviewed by a selection committee and chosen for an interview with members of the committee.

  • Selected Accessive Scholars will receive a welcome package with registration instructions.
